Everyone who fills in your form, messages on WhatsApp or replies to an email gets an answer in minutes — at 3am, on a Sunday, in six languages. We qualify them, answer their questions from your own material, and hand them over ready. You come in to close.
The Icebreaker is an AI-operated lead response and qualification service: it answers within minutes everyone who gets in touch — form, WhatsApp or email — resolves their questions from the business's own material, qualifies them, and hands them to the sales team ready, with the meeting booked where it applies. A person does the closing. It is billed per qualified conversation, or as a share of closed revenue — never as a monthly or per-seat licence.
A lead who writes on a Tuesday at 9pm and hears back on Thursday is not the same lead any more: in between, they wrote to two competitors. They were not lost because they were bad. They were lost because nobody was awake.
Almost nobody measures this, because a lost lead leaves no trace: there is no CRM row that says 'gave up waiting'. So the first call starts with a review of your own response times — usually the whole conversation is right there.
Form, WhatsApp, email or your site chat: the channel does not matter, but the flow has to exist. We do not create demand from nothing — we stop the demand you already have from leaking away.
We do not validate new offers. We need something someone has already bought, more than once, so we know what to promise in the first message.
Prices, timelines, coverage, requirements: whatever your best salesperson answers from memory has to be writable down. That becomes the base the AI answers from. If nobody knows those answers, the problem predates us.
We open, qualify and book. The close is human, and it is yours. If nobody will take the meetings, we will not book them.
Loading your material, connecting the channels, and tuning the tone against real conversations before letting it run. An AI that answers fast and badly is worse than not answering.
Good evening. I saw the site but it is not clear whether you cover a plant in Barranquilla, and I need something running this month. Do you handle that?
Good evening, Martha. Yes, we cover Barranquilla — plant and warehouse, with our own team in the city. To have it running this month, onboarding takes ten business days from signature. Would tomorrow at 9 work, or would Thursday suit you better?
Sample exchange, written to show format and tone. Not a real client, and not a recorded conversation.
No monthly licence, no seats, no minimums. Price moves with the only thing that matters: real people, answered and qualified.
Loading your material into the knowledge base, connecting channels (form, WhatsApp, email, chat), defining what counts as qualified, and tuning the tone against real conversations. Covers the two weeks of preparation. Paid once, on admission.
And thereafter, one of the two — never both
A conversation counts as qualified when the person replied, their questions were resolved, and they meet the criteria you set. Browsers, spam and anyone who does not qualify are not charged. No minimums: a month with no conversations is a month with no invoice.
You pay nothing per conversation: you share part of what you close. Only works with large deals — on small ones the math fails. Requires close visibility and attribution rules agreed before we start.
The model is chosen on the first call and stays fixed for the quarter. We do not bill per-user licences, monthly minimums, conversations that do not qualify, or the spam that arrives through your form.
Two weeks. Your material is loaded into the knowledge base, channels are connected, what counts as a qualified lead is defined, and the tone is tuned against real conversations — first in draft mode with human review, and only then on automatic. From the day it is switched on, it answers within minutes.
It answers only from the material you loaded: prices, coverage, timelines and terms come from your own base, not from what the model assumes. What is not there is not answered — it is escalated to a person. There are explicit guards too: out-of-scope topics, signs of irritation, and any judgement call trigger a handoff instead of improvisation.
It does not pretend to be human if asked directly — that is the default policy, because lying about it is what burns the relationship. What does happen is that the conversation is useful: fast, accurate, unscripted. In practice that matters more than who is typing. Personal-data handling follows Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
A chatbot lives on your site and follows a decision tree. This holds the whole conversation in the channel the customer is already in — usually WhatsApp — understands questions nobody scripted, follows up days later if the person went quiet, and decides when to bring in a human. And it is not licensed: it is billed per qualified conversation.
Three things: access to the channels people write to you on, the material to answer from (prices, coverage, terms), and someone on the sales side to pick up what is qualified. After that the daily work is ours — answering, resolving, qualifying, following up and booking.
Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, French and Italian. The conversation continues in whichever language the customer writes in, with nobody having to step in. That is what makes neighbouring markets — and export customers — reachable without hiring per language.
A twenty-minute call with your numbers on the table. We leave it with a yes or a no — and if it is no, we tell you exactly what would have to change.
